“ Blue Hour is just outside ”

It's been raining these past few days, and today was the deadline for this competition. Just as I was heading out to take a photo outside, this was the scene before me. It looks a bit creepy, and I think I nailed it.

However, this is not a competition, unless you compete with yourself.
