I happen to be visiting my birth country this week and took the opportunity to go visit the Old Cathedral at night.
It survived a big earthquake in 1931, but couldn’t withstand the 1972 earthquake that destroyed most of Managua’s town center.

I love old buildings by natural light at night. This is very nice. I like the streetlamps and lighted street in the foreground. Nice overall exposure, although it would have been nice to see the top of the left tower. Nice sharp focus. You do have the same problem I normally have with this kind of image in that there is quite of bit of keystoning. I can't complain too much about that because I have the same problem with some regularity. I'm not sure it hurts this image as much as it usually hurts mine since you have that nice light to dark transition that matches the wide to narrow keystoning.

Overall, I rather like this. Nice capture.

What a lovely night shot. The colors and warmth are great. I probably would have straightened the building in post somewhat. Glad you made it before the deadline :-)
