“ On My Prettiest Plate ”

We all know how important food presentation is to make our meals appealing. I made a vegetarian dish with red lentils with diced ginger root and celeriac. Curry spices to make my tastebuds tingle and served with wholemeal rice and green beans.

I do love these plates with their flowery ...
