“ Under the bridge ”

This is the Sagamore Bridge on Cape Cod. I used to park under it looking up, wishing I could take one of this really cool photos you see with all the colors from the lights streaking down the waters of the Cape Cod canal. I tried so many times but just didn't have enough knowledge to make this ...
