“ Over or Under? ”

This was just a lucky break as I was taking my injured dog to the vet. I grabbed my camera for the road trip thinking that the weather had been so bad...Just maybe there would be some melting going on where I was heading. And Lo and behold I hit this little jackpot with minutes to spare before ...
