“ Winter flower ”
At the Toronto Botanical Gardens, I spotted this small red flower behind a fence peeking above the dead and frozen plants below it. I do not know how it survived the cold and snow of Toronto's winter but it deserved to be captured forever in its beautiful state.

    Very nice isolation of the colours here against the highly textured but chromatically narrow wall. Is there a bit of cloning at the upper right? If that's what I'm detecting, you might have wanted to add a bit of blur as well. That area looks sharper than it should be ... to me.
