I like the leading like of the trees. As I look at it, I wonder what or where it is leading to. Some of the trees look almost like they have 2 legs and are standing guard along the route. It's interesting.

Eric, I like the curved line of trees here, with their reflections in the newly melted snow. I'm less sold on your focus point, particularly given your f/2.8 narrow DoF. My eye wants the foreground tree, with its interesting reaching limbs, to be sharper. Yet the focus is pulling me deeper into the shot to the 4th, 5th and 6th trees. I'm curious as to what made this part of the image most interesting for you...
