    You were obviously patient enough to get the hook to frame nicely the watercraft. I don't get, however, a sense of negative space waiting to be filled.

    I would have cropped in on the right almost to the hook the ring is hanging from. And I would have cloned out both the jets and sailboat to the left of the hook, leaving the world beyond the lifeguarding equipment empty of everything but air and water.
