“ Flat water ”
The motion blur isn't super obvious here. I used a long exposure (10 secs) to flatten the surface of the lake.
I then muted the colors by mixing color and B&W layers and added a vignette

    The long Exposure gave smooth water, but it also made the current very distinct.  I like this one a lot HW.
