    The choice of withered leaves is appropriate; I'm not sure I get the relevance of the effect the editing has produced. I have an impression of two planes -- the background almost like a coloured lucite panel; the leaves floating, apart from it.

    Abe love what you did with the background and like your subject too. Would have liked the large leaf even more if it did not have blown-out or near blown-out sections… more

    Abe love what you did with the background and like your subject too. Would have liked the large leaf even more if it did not have blown-out or near blown-out sections. What I do is select an area to clone over the blown-out area and lower its opacity before I clone.
