Great timing, my wife found a recipe for a Lemon Ricotta cake. As you can see we had a "fairly good sample"! LOL

Abe, I like the use of the aluminum foil as backdrop here. Lots of texture and variation in the brightness as a result. I think a somewhat larger depth of field might… more
