“ Reluctant Heron ”
Usually I would want to do a major crop to highlight the detail in a bird such as this. However, for this challenge I decided to push the envelope a bit and include more of the scene. Hopefully this is artsy enough that the you are not wishing to just see the heron!

    Very interesting shot, I admit I usually don't like subjects looking away from the shot, I tend to avoid that and instead prefer them looking inside the frame. But this shot shows me that I can absolutely forget that idea and still get a great composition. Very well focused!
