“ Gnarly tree closeup ”

There is a little cove and jetty on the harbour about an hour away, near a place called Katikati. This gnarly old tree with multiple trunks clings somewhat precariously to the bank. I like the twisted and textural features so thought I would take a closeup of it for this week's challenge.
