    The curve or your distortion reflects the curve of your background elements.  Good balance in your composition with use of complementary colours.  Nice shot… more

    Thanks for the explanation, Silia. I would not have guessed that this was a pretty straight forward capture in a week where we're going to see an awful lot of heavy duty editing. Nice to see that, if you find the right spot, this challenge can be met in camera. I like the use of the tree on the left and the pair of structures on the right as a means of bracketing your primary focus.
