“ Dragonfly ”

A dragonfly landed on the ground near me so I grabbed my camera and zoomed in. It stayed so still and I was able to see all the intricate details.

You are my left photo neighbor from last week and I'm sorry I didn't click sooner. The dragonfly's wings are spectacular! Gorgeous detail and delicious colors. I wonder if it was eating something? The front legs seem to be very close to its mouth.
