“ Blue Poinsettia ”

I took my kids out to eat after they helped me set up an art show. There happened to be a blue poinsettia at the restaurant.

I'm staring at it for a solid minute trying to figure out what plant has blue leaves. A poinsettia, of course! Because what most people call petals are A variation of leaves called bract and the flower itself is the teeny tiny yellow bit in the center. I've never seen a blue poinsettia before. The colors are amazing. Brilliantly captured!
