“ Eye of the Needle ”

This is a DIY macro shot of a sewing needle and thread. I removed my lens and held it backwards against the front of the camera. Focusing was achieved by leaning backwards and forwards until I got the image I wanted. Depth of field was astonishingly narrow - down to just a few millimetres,
