    This is the still that inspired this week's image. In Platoon, there's a whole contextual sequence where the viewer sees the fire fight and the combatants dropping as Elias flees for his life. The still pinned here makes no sense without that prior context. My challenge was to provide similar context within a single still.

    Great shot!  The battle in the background and the laser blast hitting him really tell the story.  It definitely feels like a movie still.
