“ Tumbleweed Snowman ”

Every year, the 12-foot-tall Tumbleweed Snowman has been placed on display for the Christmas Holiday season, near the main freeway interchange in Albuquerque. The snowman was created by the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority in 1995.
