    It is a great picture Robert, I really love the car in the distance with those lights around ! like someone mention here, I would  clone the speed limit sigh too and those light on the trees are beautiful but not the sharpest. I notice that your f stop was 4 and shutter sped was 30 and, I'm guessing when you drive around, you have your camera but most likely (like me) , you don't have tripod with you to use. In this scenario , don't be afraid to jump ISO much higher which is ease to fix in postprocessing. Than you will get most important faster shutter speed ( for this picture with out tripod should be at least 1/100 and higher F stop will take care/control of the area you shooting. A few people here in this group told me that is better to have noise in the picture than no sharp picture. Happy New Year.
