“ Unknown purpose ”

This is an old pump (at least I assume so) shot in a retired steel mill, which nowadays is a famous landmark in my city. You can spend hours walking the area and on each visit there's new discoveries. Guess I've been there 15 times or more, but this was the first time noticing this machine. ...
