I looked most of the week for items that had an interesting texture and took a number of photos and uploaded Sunday morning. THEN went to Costco picked up some muffins got home, thought hey that's cool... played with lighting, backgrounds etc. Ended up with this one which is the muffin and I ...

Nice food shot with lots of good texture. The spot in the upper right looks blown out and is distracting, but I'm not sure the composition would be as good if you crop… more

Greg, easily my favorite photo of the week. This shot is absolutely perfect. Love the POV, textures, colors, details and lighting. Again....absolutely perfect.
