“ Fireless Phoenix ”

I saw this and was intrigued by the silks with seeds escaping the dead pod, ready to soar on the wind. It is like a phoenix arising from the ashes. A neighbors window provide the dark background to get total focus on the pod.

Your image is nice and sharp and the black background really draws you in to the seed pod and all the little silk strings are sharp. Very nice image
