“ Eggspecting: The Unfinished Masterpiece ”

This chicken is the living embodiment of "work in progress", caught mid lay, she’s contemplating whether to finish what she started or take an extended coffee break, leaving the egg’s grand debut and my breakfast for a later time.

This is a very cool picture. I love the focus on the chicken's eye and feathers on her head. The softness of the rest of the picture is great too.
