“ Peanut Soup ”

This is a traditional Ghanaian dish called groundnut soup. It is made with ground nuts. You can substitute peanut butter if you do not have ground nuts. I added tomatoes, onions, habanero pepper, garlic, ginger, and traditional dried shrimp. I added chicken and rice. So delicious.
