“ Summer Hanging On ”

I returned to the scene of the crime. This was supposed to be my Blue Hour subject but I couldn't make it work last week. This is more like the Golden Hour, about 1 hour after sunrise. A bald eagle showed up as I was walking over the bridge to leave. A hurried photo is in the comments.
