“ Tapioca ”

I cook a lot, but the items in my oven are typically Chicken Etouffee, Stuffed Peppers, Pork Tenderloin, etc. I never bake sweets. My wife bought a box of tapioca starch cinnamon roll mix when she was trying a gluten free diet. It was about to meet it's expiration date and I hate wasting food...

Great shot. I do not actually agree with Michaela about distracting lines. I am more bothered by the uneven lighting which fades towards the bottom of the screen. I am a pretty nerdy sort of chap so like things to be accurate and precise, but in your picture it adds character to the picture.

Flat lays can work really well for this style of shot but they do draw the viewers eyes to small details including placement and lines. I would suggest placing the tin more centrally on the board, with an even perimeter, so the lines don't detract from the subject. Inclusion of the rolling pin was a great idea, such history and a lovely personal connection..
