when i take pictures of someone, and i want them to express a certain emotion, i explain how just with your body-an arm, a leg, the back-you can convey so much information. ( a friend of ours once drew the arm of someone, and i knew right away who it was and what was happening from just the arm..). so even tho your face is not visible, your despair and unhappiness is there for all to see. very well done, my dear!

Wow, this is such a dramatic photo, telling the story of a sad or a tired person. Well done Angela. Concerning the lighting, maybe you could have made the black dress stand out a little bit more from the black background.
