“ Time pressure ”

Whilst in London, captured this delivery cyclist pedalling very quickly, probably to keep the food (or himself) warm on a cold day or to fulfil a time deadline...hopefully this captures that speed. I tried deliberately to blur the cyclist as well as the background, as opposed to normal panning...
