“ Lights over the Cedar River ”

Waterloo, Iowa; 4th St pedestrian bridge over the Cedar River.
The bridge is constantly changing colors, so it can be tough to capture, but I really like this one!

Well captured, Brittany. The lights bounce off the water really well and reveal some wonderful texture.
