“ Dibs on the Ribs ”
Spent six hours smoking beef ribs and two hours trying to "get the shot". Mad respect for food photographers. Had to rearrange the composition a dozen times and also had to keep brushing them with olive oil to make them look juicy long after the got cold. lol.
