As I enter my fourth week of graduate school I have probably already read over 1000 pages. These words on the paper are notes from one class I made for a paper to be written.

I like the idea, and the general choice of framing--the books in the background, focus on the pencil--but it took my eye a little too long to find the focal point. I wonder if a much tighter crop would bring the attention to the pencil a little better.
