“ Home-made flatbreads ”

My wife eats a Whole Food/Plant Based diet. I'm more "Flexitarian": I occasionally eat meat, etc. I have to cook it myself, so I'm almost a Whole Food/ Plant Based guy.
This is a compromise meal; there's shredded chicken on my bread, and some cheese on hers!
