“ Enchiladas de cangrejo y espinacas (crab&spinach) ”

On our way to Tampa International Airport, we stopped at a restaurant for a quick lunch. This was one of the specials of the day - two enchiladas filled with crab and spinach, served with rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce. My cropping to the plate's edge is not perfect ...
