“ Ardvreck Castle ”

Took this photo on our travels around Ullapool area in Scotland. This is a small catch keep on Loch Assynt, Ardvreck Castle. The is is very well photographed castle in the area but I thought the combination of the castle and the dramatic sky made for an atmospheric image in black and white.

Lovely shot Iain. I love the stark landscape, the contrast of the hill in the background and of course the loch and the castle. The sky is fantastic too.
