“ Nerja Carnival Kid ”

One of the big celebrations in Nerja, Spain. A big parade of local folks in costume, march to the sea in a funeral procession carrying the effigy of an anchovy which they ceremoniously set fire to on the beach. Many of the celebrants are children with their families.
