“ Wet Dark Alley ”

I wanted to attempt a dramatic dark picture for this challenge. I wanted to use a more dramatic angle but I struggled to operate my new tripod in the cold, dark, and wet.. I always like how light reflects on wet roads and I wanted to capture that as well.
