“ When nature meets the city ”

This view of the FDR is all telling. Based on the traffic, you can tell if the president is in NYC, if your coworkers are going to be late, or if your commute home is going to be smooth (but most likely it won't).
Along with the high and low traffic times, the sun moves from east to west, ...
