“ Unexplored and Underwhelming ”

I live in Chester in the UK, a major historic City in many ways. This is a picture of the largest Roman Amphitheatre outside of Italy, and yet you would hardly know it. The ugly gothic style Victorian building in the picture obscures most of the Amphitheatre and the shortsighted City Council ...
