“ Its faster on the outside ”

The Doctor and companion leave the TARDUS for the more common form of local transport at the Wellington Railway Station. Focussed on the TARDUS, the epitome of all modes of transport, and selected the best shot of the afternoon commuters in motion. Used a wall to to prop the camera on.
