“ Blight on the Los Angeles Skyline ”

These high-rise apartment complexes in Downtown Los Angeles were left unfinished and vacant when a Chinese investor went bankrupt. They are very visible from the freeways around Los Angeles, so I had to find a safe place I could shoot them from.
