A picture in an older book of poetry and rhyme,
A bridge across a winding brook lost in the trees of time.
Reflections of the branches, while the grassy banks stand tall.
The scenery stands quietly, the viewer stands in thrall.
The bridge's arch creates a circle with the water's aid,
All simply shown in black and white and richly dappled shade.
