“ Self Portrait ”
Overthinking prevents me from starting to create art or deeming it good enough to share. I thought about changing, doing my makeup, grabbing a studio light from offsite, etc. etc. In the end, I just grabbed a lamp and allowed myself to try and feel comfortable as I was.

I feel you with the overthinking. This came out very nice. Welcome to 52 Frames.

I really like your portrait, it does feel very natural yet reminds me of old family photos, like I can almost hear a person behind the camera say "hey, look at me!" and you get this pose where the subject stops what they're doing and just looks at the camera without trying to pose or look a certain way. Of course, I know it's a self portait, but it just has that nostalgic feel for me, which can only be a good thing.
