“ Salt castle in the sky ”

Pink crystals encrust an old fencepost in an almost dry salt lake, reflecting in a rapidly shrinking puddle.

The color and shape caught my eye in the album. Pink salt! It almost looks like an explosion cloud rising out of the water. You can tell when it was "cooler" or at least the water didn't evaporate as quickly because that's where the salt had time to accumulate. What an amazing, beautiful thing!
