“ Local Bridge ”

This Bridge was opened in Whangarei In July 2013.
Its Name is Te Matau a Pohe, Which means Fish hook of Pohe.
The bridge lifts so that the Yachts and large boats can travel under it.
We have quite a large river that runs up to the city.
