Definitely a "Starry Night" effect. What is it, though? A river? Tall grass pushed down by water? A bit of color would help with identification, but… more

I'm actually not sure what I'm looking at exactly, but I like the pattern quite a bit. Looks really interesting in black and white, as well. Good shot.
