    With Macro it's difficult to get much depth of field without a really good light source. It looks like your settings were at capacity, any narrower aperture may have led to camera shake or possibly ISO noise. As such I think your choice of using the body as the focal point was a good one. It's sharp and full of detail with great patterning and colour contrast. Plus for those of us who don't like spiders, we don't have to look at the head or legs... 😋 Happy Framing
