“ Stringing You Along ”

This was shot with an iPhone, hand held in low light. Sharpened in Topaz Photo AI. PS/ACR to tone down the highlights and whites and cropped. Lastly used Silver Effects to convert to B&W and applied a vignette to darken the lower left.
