    I am sorry for your pain. You captured it very well. The story wasn't needed to know this is a rough time for the subject. The memories of the good times will outlast the pain of the present. And the pain of loss will fade with time also. Beautiful work and I hope to seemore of your work in happier times.

    I’m so sorry you are dealing with this incredibly painful situation, Erika, and it shows great strength to be with her in this last stage of her life, despite the toll it takes on you.  This image is very powerful, with the darkness so connected to what your emotions are.  I do hope it helps to explore your grief in this way and that you continue to work with it.  😘😘
