“ Very cold selfie ”

I loathe taking selfies so I reluctantly did this and now I can move on! The grey North Sea is in the background.
Taken on Sizewell Beach where I’m a ParkRun volunteer most Saturdays. Today was exceptionally cold but we still organised the 5k course for the 90 runners and timed their return.

I love the coat, it is a great contrast to the steely grey of the background. The writings on the coat is distracting removing it in post or a vignette may have helped… more
